Onya Steve, copy on my pc is borked an google brought me here. Now all I have to do is find a working Image Pro HD in Sydney at 2120 and I’ll be smokin.

hi all,
if i wanna download the barco widescreen calculator software where should i download from??? ( that software for let you know how much projectors we use for widescreen and where should we put 1st projector and 2nd-3rd projectors too)

Nice post, was looking for this! I’ve tested it but (on encore sc controller) it doesn’t allow fade times shorter then 1 sec on my mac. Is this a problem more people experience?

Hi Pat,

I’m not aware of any discussion threads/etc on this – but I have used Preset Manager with the SPII Controller and it works well. It’s also rather simple to set up.

It’s important to note that the software won’t control the SPII units directly – it does need an SP II or Encore controller in the system – and the Preset Manager software simply recalls presets that you’ve created with the controller.

You will need to run the software on a laptop that has an IP address in the same range as the controller and SPII equipment (but is a unique address in the range so it doesn’t conflict), plus you then need to specify the IP Address of the controller in the preferences box within the Preset Manager software.

Need to find some basic instruction on using this program. I have heard a good deal about how great and simple it makes the Screen Pro multi-unit multi destination rack set-up ready for show but could not get it to work over ethernet and 10/100 switch. Barco officially does not support and I have found nothing on the net. Any helpful threads would be appreciated. Thanks

It’s on the Folsom FTP site (ftp.folsom.com) but I’ve downloaded the .zip from the FTP site just now, which contains a Windows, Mac, and Linux version of Preset Manager, which runs with Encore and the SPII controller – http://serialdigital.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/PresetManager%20b20.zip

Calling it a program Barco doesn’t make a fuss about is definitely an understatement. Even with my.barco access I still can’t find it!

Do you have a copy of the Mac version lying around?
