		<description>I always try to copy the video to the desktop ( considering reasonable size) from external media (CD, flash, USB ) and embed attach or shortcut to the video as a reliable source at least when Drive space was still limited of course now with large drive and USB 2.0 -3.0 it is not much of a problem.  I have found that the desktop is readily available to the profile in use reducing any latency when loading individual presentations. This is  very useful when loading multiple presentations that will likely not reoccur during one event and can be unloaded sans protected media or storage.</description>
